Keynotes and training

A room that leaves different.

Brokerages, conferences, masterminds and team retreats. Devin speaks with the energy of someone who was on a listing appointment two days earlier, because he was. People walk out holding a decision, not a feeling that wears off by Thursday.

Formats

Built to the slot you actually have.

An opening keynote and a full day workshop are different jobs. Pick the format and the content gets built to fit it, not trimmed down from something longer.

Keynote

The main stage moment. A single idea, told with stories from the field and delivered with enough energy to reset the room, then closed with one action every person can take that week.

  • Conference openers and closers
  • Brokerage kickoffs and awards events
  • Mastermind and summit sessions

Half day and full day training

Hands on and built around your team’s real numbers. Agents leave with a designed week, working scripts and a plan they start on Monday.

  • Office and team trainings
  • Productivity and time workshops
  • Leadership sessions for team leaders

Virtual sessions

Live and interactive for distributed offices, regional networks and teams spread across more than one market. Built for the camera, not a stage talk pointed at a webcam.

  • Regional and network calls
  • Multi office trainings
  • Recurring training series

Signature talks

Four talks, all of them field tested.

Each one comes straight from what Devin teaches in his own office and uses in his own business. Pick one as is, or combine them into a custom session.

Life by Design, Not Default

Vision, purpose and the business behind the life

Most agents set an income goal in January that is not connected to anything they actually want. This talk starts at the other end. What is the life, specifically, and what does the business have to produce to fund it? Once that is clear, the goal stops being motivational and becomes arithmetic.

The Four Hours That Decide Your Month

Time, focus and the designed week

Most agents do not have a lead problem. They have a week that was designed by accident. There are roughly four hours in any week that create future business, and in most calendars they are the first thing sacrificed. This session finds them, protects them and builds the rest of the week around them.

What Your Hour Is Actually Worth

Leverage, delegation and first hires

Divide what you earned by the hours it took and most agents get a number that makes them wince. That number is the most useful tool in the business. It tells you what to stop doing, what to hand off, and when you can afford the hire that feels one deal too early.

Discipline Is Not the Opposite of Freedom

Mindset, standards and consistency

The life you want requires the discipline you have been avoiding. That is the whole trade. This talk is about standards: why motivation fades, why systems hold, and how to build consistency that survives a bad week, a slow market and a lost deal.

Who books Devin

Rooms full of people who sell for a living.

Real estate audiences can smell a speaker who has not sold in a decade. Devin took listings this month and leads an office. That is what makes a skeptical room lean in by minute four instead of minute forty.

Brokerages and offices

Kickoffs, rallies and office trainings that move production instead of just moving the mood for an afternoon.

Usually 45 to 90 minutes

Conferences and summits

Keynotes and breakouts for regional and national real estate events, sized to the slot on the agenda.

Keynote or breakout

Masterminds

Smaller rooms of high performers who want to be challenged and pressure tested, not entertained.

Half day, hands on

Team retreats

Planning sessions that turn a vision into a calendar the whole team can actually execute on Monday.

Full day or two day

What it feels like in person.

Classes at Keller Williams, where most of this material was built and tested before it ever went on the road.

Devin was phenomenal teaching our class at KW Peachtree. I gained a lot of new ideas and aspects into the real estate world just from holding conversations with him.

Marcus Brown, KW Peachtree

His classes are not just informative, they are immediately applicable to real world business. I always leave with strategies I can put into practice right away.

Event planners ask

Before you book.

Yes. Devin speaks in person across the country and delivers virtual sessions for distributed offices and networks. Travel is quoted with the fee so there are no surprises.

Every talk is built around the audience in the room. A short planning call covers your people, their numbers and what you want them to do afterward, and the examples are adjusted to your market.

Fees depend on format, length and travel. Send the event details above and you will get a clear quote back, usually within one business day.

A screen for slides, a wireless microphone for larger rooms, and a few minutes to check the setup beforehand. For workshops, a table setup where agents can write works best.

Usually, yes. Mention it when you send the details so recording and any internal sharing can be covered in the agreement.

Give your people a reason to change the week.

Dates fill up around conference season. Send the details now and hold the one you want.
