The network

A referral is your name on somebody else's work.

A directory of vetted professionals, built state by state. Real estate is the center of it, and around that sit the lenders, contractors, trades, marketers, creatives and business owners a client actually needs. Everyone listed has been spoken to, not scraped.

Browse by profession

Real estate first, and everything it touches.

A client moving into a house needs more than an agent. They need a lender who answers, a contractor who shows up, and an inspector who tells the truth. Those people are part of your reputation whether or not you chose them.

The core

Listing and buyer agents who work a real database, answer their phone, and can be handed a relocating client without a follow up call to check.

Leadership

Team leaders, brokers in charge and market center leadership looking for talent, partners and people worth learning from.

The transaction

Loan officers, title companies and closing attorneys who communicate on a deal instead of going quiet for eleven days.

Trades

General contractors, remodelers, builders, roofers, electricians, plumbers and HVAC. The people who decide whether a closing goes smoothly.

Around the home

Inspectors, appraisers, stagers, photographers, landscapers, cleaners and movers, listed by the market they actually cover.

Growth

Marketers, designers, videographers, web people and content creators who understand that a small business cannot wait six weeks for a draft.

Main street

Anyone running a business who wants to trade referrals with people who take their own standards seriously. Industry is less important than how you work.

Capital

Buy and hold investors, flippers, short term rental operators and the managers who keep those doors occupied and maintained.

Do not see your profession listed? Tell us what you do. The list has grown every time somebody asked, and it will keep growing.

Browse by state

Built one state at a time, on purpose.

A national directory with four people in it is worse than no directory, because it teaches everyone that the listings are empty. So states open when there are enough vetted members in them to be genuinely useful, starting where Devin is licensed and works every week.

GA

Georgia

Licensed and active. Blue Ridge, North Georgia and metro Atlanta.

FL

Florida

Partner coverage. Vetted professionals Devin works with directly.

OH

Ohio

Partner coverage. Vetted professionals Devin works with directly.

Devin is licensed and active in Georgia. Everywhere else runs on partners, vetted professionals he works with across all fifty states. Open states have enough members to be useful today, and everywhere marked founding is accepting its first listings now.

Why it exists

Most referrals are a guess with a smile on it.

Somebody asks you for a roofer, a lender, an agent in Tampa. You give them a name you half remember, and for the next three weeks their experience is attached to your judgement.

This directory is the alternative. Everyone in it has been spoken to. The point is not volume, it is that you can hand somebody a name without holding your breath afterward.

Search by profession and state

Start with what the person needs and where they need it. Every listing says what they actually cover.

Make a warm introduction

You connect the two directly, with context about the person and what matters to them. No lead form in between.

It comes back around

Members who send good work get sent good work. The directory is the record of who does that.

The standard

What a listing asks of you.

A directory is only worth the weakest name in it. These are the terms every member agrees to, whatever business they run.

Answer

Respond to an introduction inside one business day, even when the answer is that you are not the right fit. The single most common reason a referral goes bad is silence.

Stay in your lane

List the markets and the work you genuinely cover. Nobody is impressed by a contractor who claims six counties and services two.

Refer like your name is on it

Because it is. Every introduction inside the network carries your reputation to somebody who has never met you.

Close the loop

Tell the person who sent the referral what happened. It takes ninety seconds and it is the difference between a network and a list.

Listings are reviewed

Get listed in the network.

Tell us what you do and where you do it. Devin reviews every application personally, and founding members help decide what their state’s directory looks like as it fills.

Apply for a listing

About two minutes. No payment details required.

Need somebody now

Looking for a professional rather than a listing?

If you need an agent in a market you do not work, a contractor you can hand a client, or a lender who will pick up, ask and you will get a name with a reason attached. If the right person is not in the network yet, you will be told that instead of being sent someone anyway.

Before you apply

Common questions.

No. Real estate is the center of it because that is Devin’s world, and it is where most of the members come from. Around it sit the professions a client actually needs: lending, title, contractors, trades, inspection, marketing and the businesses that serve a community.

If you run a business and you take it seriously, there is a category for you or there will be.

Devin is licensed and active in Georgia. Florida and Ohio are open through partners, vetted professionals he works with directly, and he works with professionals in all fifty states. Every other state is accepting founding members now and opens once there are enough vetted people in it to be useful rather than decorative.

Because the whole value is that you can hand somebody a name without worrying. A directory anyone can buy into is an advertisement, and everybody reading it knows that.

Yes. Time in business is not the filter. How you handle work and how you answer people is the filter, and plenty of ten year veterans fail that one.

They are separate. You do not have to be a client to be listed, and being listed is not coaching. Plenty of members found each other here and never worked with Devin directly. If you do want the business side worked on, that is what coaching is for.

Be the name somebody gives with confidence.

Two minutes to apply. A personal reply from Devin with next steps.
