Group coaching

A small room that knows your numbers.

Ninety days with a handful of agents working the same system. Live sessions every week, real deals on the hot seat, and a scoreboard that makes it very hard to quietly drift back to old habits.

Why a group works

Peers are harder to let down than plans.

Most agents already know roughly what they should be doing. The problem is doing it on a Tuesday afternoon when nobody is watching and something more urgent is ringing. A written plan does not care whether you follow it. A room of people who will ask about it next week does.

Group coaching puts you in that room. Everyone is working the same operating system, reporting the same numbers, and hearing each other’s wins and misses in real time. You learn as much from somebody else’s hot seat as your own, because their stuck listing is next month’s problem for you.

It is also the most accessible way to work with Devin directly. Same standard, same system, shared across a small cohort instead of one business.

Inside a session

Every week, the same honest shape.

Predictable on purpose. Members know what is coming, show up with their numbers, and leave with a commitment someone will ask about.

10min

The scoreboard

Everyone reports the week: conversations, appointments, contracts. No commentary, just numbers.

25min

The teach

One focused skill from the ninety day arc, taught live with scripts and examples from the field.

20min

Hot seats

Two members bring a real deal or a real problem, and the room works it through with Devin.

5min

The commitment

Each member states one specific action for the week, out loud, to people who will ask.

The ninety day arc

Foundation, engine, momentum.

Each month builds on the last, so by the end of the block the system is running on habit instead of effort.

Month one

Foundation

Get honest about where the time and the money actually go, then design a week that matches the goal.

  • Life and production goal, worked backward
  • The designed week and protected hours
  • Baseline numbers and ratios
Month two

Engine

Install the activities that create business and run them every week without exception.

  • Database route and scripts
  • One lead channel, run properly
  • Follow up cadence that converts
Month three

Momentum

Tighten the conversion, protect the gains and plan the next ninety days while the habits are fresh.

  • Listing and buyer presentations
  • Dollar per hour and first leverage
  • The next ninety day plan

Groups start as each cohort fills, so the next start date depends on seats. One call tells you both.

Accountability

Somebody is going to ask you.

This is the part that makes a group different from a course. Every member reports the same four leading indicators every week, out loud, to people who will remember what you said last time.

Production is a lagging indicator. Conversations and appointments are not. Reporting the leading numbers weekly is how the room catches a slide in week two instead of discovering it at the end of the quarter, when the calendar has already spent the opportunity.

Nobody is ranked and nobody is shamed. The number is just said in a room where it cannot be quietly rounded up.

What you report every week

Conversations

Real conversations with real people about real estate. The one number that predicts everything downstream.

Appointments set

What those conversations turned into. This is where most agents find out their scripts need work, not their lead source.

Contracts written

The conversion checkpoint. Compared against appointments, it tells you whether the problem is volume or skill.

Last week's commitment

The specific thing you said out loud on the last call. Done or not done. There is no third option and no explanation required.

Your numbers stay inside the group. Nothing is published, nothing is compared to a league table, and nothing leaves the room.

The commitment is public

You end every session by naming one action for the week in front of the room. Writing it in a notebook is a plan. Saying it to eight people is a promise.

Silence gets noticed

When somebody goes quiet for two weeks, the group notices before Devin does. That is usually the exact moment a good quarter is either saved or lost.

Devin keeps the standard

The room supports you. Devin holds the line. If the numbers and the story stop matching, he will say so on the call, kindly and directly.

From the room

What agents say about learning from Devin.

His classes are not just informative, they are immediately applicable to real world business.

Jake Higginbotham, Keller Williams Elevate

I gained a lot of new ideas and aspects into the real estate world just from holding conversations with him.

Before you ask

Common questions.

Small on purpose. Every member gets time on the hot seat, and the room is small enough that people genuinely know each other’s numbers.

Groups start on a rolling basis as each cohort fills. Book a call and you will get the next start date and whether there is still a seat.

Sessions are recorded, and your numbers still get reported that week. The accountability does not pause because a closing moved.

Often it is the best place to start. Newer agents build the right habits alongside people slightly further down the road, which shortens the learning curve considerably.

Yes. Some members move to one to one coaching when a specific constraint needs a specific plan, and some one to one clients join a group to keep their momentum.

Take a seat in the next group.

Twenty minutes to see if the timing and the fit are right. If they are, you will know the start date before you hang up.
